VoIP not accepting incoming calls

Hi,
My VoIP phone (setup to PlusNet's VoIP service) has stopped accepting incoming calls. I've verified my phone's configuration and router settings and all seems OK (not that I'd changed anything anyway) but no-one is able to get through.
When someone dials me, my VoIP phone rings, I pick it up but just get silence and the caller continues to hear the ringing tone. Even after I've put the VoIP phone back on the hook the caller continues to hear the ringing tone.
I can make outgoing calls fine.
Is this the problem that is mentioned in the Service Status reports about incoming VoIP problems - although if you read that it talks only of performance problems, not of the system not working at all, so I'm not sure whether I have a different problem.
Any one got any thoughts/advice?

David,
Sounds to me like the same issue.
We actually did some maintenance work this morning that we believed to have improved things so I'd be interested to know whether or not you're still having problems?
