Vista - Blue Screen - Reminder Fox transfer to Linux

This morning I got the message that Vista didn`t want to play anymore.... I have Linux Mint 9 Isadora as a dual boot, so am able to access my Vista files and folders, so not a big problem at the moment.... However, I have "reminder fox" running on both versions of my Firefox browser,. I have Xmarks installed, but do not have my Vista reminderfox notes available on my Linux side.... Is there anyway I can access the reminder fox files/details, so that I can manually copy/transfer them from the windows Vista version?
