Have had this previously set in Outlook 2007 before the big crash, have edited the registry to add
SaveAllMIMENotJustHeaders in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
but am still only getting the header and not the body/HTML
Any ideas

The solution is to find the following key:
Outlook 2003
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
Outlook 2007
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
create new DWORD
SaveAllMIMENotJustHeaders
Set value to 1 (Hex or decimal)
If the key Mail is not showing under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options
Then it will need to be created.
Close registry editor and restart Outlook. The MIME content will only show on new mails received.
