VOIP Port forwarding Netgear DG834G

Has anyone set up the port forwarding for VOIP on the Netgear DG834G please. We THINK we have it right and can receive calls and hear adio in both directions. Can dial out but no audio in either direction.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
