Useful Little Program

This sounds like a useful program to have on disk, I have not actually tried it out, has anyone else used it. ?
Suitable for Windows or Linux and it's free !

Re: Useful Little Program

It sounds similar to Puppy Linux (which allows a CD boot to preserve config data to a USB).

Re: Useful Little Program

I'm running PCLinuxOS, and it has a facility to make a LiveCD/USB of my current install.
If I'm away from home I can run it on any other computer, or it can be used to re-install in the event of an (unlikely)  recovery being necessary.
I expect other distros have a similar capability?
I think  Redo will mainly be of use to Windows users!
