Upload to my webspace via anonymous FTP

I'd like certain people out there to be able to upload files to my PlusNet webspace, but not to view or download what's already there.  Is it possible to configure that kind of access to a subdirectory of my webspace for anonymous ftp?

Plusnet does not support anonymous FTP access to your webspace.

Ah -- I was wondering about that.
In that case, is it possible to configure a Guest User whose access rights I can severely restrict, ie to write-only?

Nope. You have only one account, which is the one you are using and you can't create any of your own as it is a shared product / system.

Does it have to be ftp?  It is fairly simple to write a PHP script to upload a file to the cgi platform.
