Upgraded to Superfast and VPN connection has stopped working

I have been using a vpn login to allow remote control of a workplace computer for a couple of months.

It's beed pretty slow, so I upgraded to a faster connection yesterday. Today I can't acess the remote connection.

Could anyone help me get this back online?

I had a tinker with the Plusnet router settings for a bit.

Switched it off for 10 mins and restarted the machine and it's OK...Sorry I don't know which setting fixed it.
