Update on my complaint...

Could you inform me when I might receive an update on the complaint I have raised..?
Very poor service over the last few months..
I also have another question I'm awaiting a response on, the numbers are as follows:
18 Jan 2015     97905326     Awaiting support team answer
5 Dec 2014     95771522     Awaiting support team answer
As you can see, the second question has been open for a month and a half now. Very disappointing. Expect a response soon.

Hi there.
We aim to pick up complaints raised online within 5 working days of them being raised.
The other question was passed back to our Faults team on the 18th and you should have a response in the next 24 hours.
