Unable to read my monthly broadband bills

I am unable to read my monthly broadband/phone bill. When I select a month I get a message saying I need Adobe reader and a link to Adobe. I have Adobe already installed on my  IPad. After 3 online conversations I am still unable to access the bills. 

I have

 1.   removed Adobe Reader and reinstalled it. No change

  2.  Changed the browser from Firefox to Safari on IPad.

 3.  Used my desk top pc using Firefox and Edge.

 4. Temporarily changed the pdf reader to Foxit

All other tabs on my account work.

Any suggestions.

Fix

Just ignore the Adobe link - click on the view bill button.

The browser should display your bill, there should be a title bar that allows you to optionally download it to disk as a PDF.

Works for me on FireFox.
