Not sure if anyone here can help but worth a try.
I am posting on behalf of a friend who is blind. Her computer is adapted accordingly to enable her to use it. Since Sunday she has only been able to access emails, not the browser. If I email her with a link it wont work.
She is waiting on Dolphin getting back to her but in meantime we were hoping someone here might have a suggestion. Prior to Sunday night everything was working fine.
I know 48 hours does not seem long but it has literally made her isolated.
Thank you for your time in this

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Web Browser.
I think in this instance, the easiest thing to do, would be to use a separate computer and to download an alternative Web Browser such as Mozilla Firefox, save the file that you download from Firefox website to a memory stick. Once you have done this, install the program you saved to the memory stick on the computer in question, this should enable you access to the Internet at least via a Web Browser.
I hope this helps somewhat
