US bought tablet in UK?

Can we use a tablet purchased in the US in the UK?
Will we have to use an adaptor on the plug when recharging it or is there any way to change it to
UK voltage?
Are there any other factors we have to be aware of?

No problems using a tablet bought anywhere here, as you say an adaptor or new psu if the original isn't universal.
