Setting up a new laptop... ( ASUS GL572VW-dh71) all has been tickety boo, except when I try to get the extension pack to install/work on Virtualbox 6.1.8 ( latest version ) .
I get a message such as this....
I remember initiating a password for something called MOK... but haven`t a clue what that is,.. apart from, maybe something to do with the UEFI secure boot, as I also had a message with that, saying that some programs would not work without it ?
Totally confused by this, never seen it before... and using LINUX MINT, I have always turned off ( disabled ) UEFI secure boot and use "Legacy Boot" , with no problems trying to set up Virtual Box..
Can anyone tell me, how to get rid of this MOK, thing,.
In the "set up" page there is this....
Don`t understand the wording on the right of the panel... regarding Platform Key, in relation to the above problems.
should I just disable both the Secure Boot control and the Key Management ?
Presumably that will revert it back to "Legacy Boot".. situation... ? ? ? ??
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I think all you need do is disable the Secure Boot option in your BIOS as shown on the bottom image.
