UDP Fragmentation

Does anyone know how to find out the UDP fragmentation setting is? I have been having trouble for about 2-3 weeks with my VoIP phone from Telecoms World. It uses UDP fragmentation to display certain live call/status information, but it stopped working about 2-3 weeks ago.

According to their e-mail "The recommended settings for fragmentation is 64 but normally circuits are set to 32. If you could confirm this is correct with them."

Can someone help? I tried the support chat but they could not give this level of support.

Re: UDP Fragmentation

UDP packets are sent in a minimum size of at least 576 bytes, but possibly much larger values can be used.

They are split into fragments only if absolutely necessary. There is no fixed UDP fragmentation setting.
