Trying to install openWRT on a HH5 wont boot into CFG 04

Trying to install openWRT on a HH5 wont boot into CFG 04.

When I ground boot selector 2, the router does nothing and when I disconnect boot selector 2 the router boot to CFG 06.

 

Soldered TX,RX and GND please see attached image.

Using Raspberry PI GPIO
