Toshiba Laptop and webcam

A friend has just got a new Toshiba laptop and has emailed me to ask how to activate the webcam.  I have told him how it works on my HP but it appears to be different with a Tosh.  Is there anyone out there with a Toshiba who can give me a clue so that I can pass it on?  Thanks.

Is it via a function key?

On my HP it's in the start menu under Quickplay.  I'm guessing it's got to be a similar thing with the Toshiba.  If all else fails I told him to go into Best Buy (he's in the US) and ask them to demonstrate the facility to him.
Also in the US HP have a fantastic free helpline and I guess Toshiba may have the same.
