Hi, I ordered Plusnet essentials home phone and broadband via Topcashback a couple of weeks ago. The order went through successfully but it's not been tracked by Topcashback. I've emailed PLusnet but they were not much help and advised to raise a claim to Topcashback. I have done this but Topcashback say that when it gets to that stage there is little chance of getting the cashback. How do I resolve this please?
Hi there, If it's not been tracked in TopCashBack then we won't actually receive the notification - unfortunately there's not a lot we can do there. You'd need TCB to confirm things, once they have then we can chase it from here.
