TopCashBack - Pending

Hi guys, I've been with you now since nov, had a few issues getting the services all migrated over etc, but I am now officially all yours and everythings working fine (touch wood)...
I signed up through TCB but it's been sitting at pending for ages, I thought I'd wait until all the services are migrated over and all is working which has now been done, could someone chase this for me please.

Right, just heard back from them - we've not received anything through so it looks like it hasn't tracked, so the best thing to do would be to raise a claim with TCB themselves - hopefully that way we'll get it through before the end of the month, which is when we'll be doing the next big batch of approvals.
Also if you could advise what you put in for the order reference we'll have a much easier time finding it when it does come through?
