Ticket System

Is there a fault with the ticket system?
I have 3 tickets opened by the support team towards the end of January re my home phone move. One of them says it has been closed but isn't.
I received an email notification from Jojo on 31st Jan giving some info and closing that ticket but there is no sign of any post from her and that ticket is still open
and this morning I asked a question re the phone move billing and my log in page tells CS have responded but again there is no sign of any post from them.

Confused of Lincolnshire!!  Huh

Hi Mayfly,
I've just closed one of the tickets for you, you should be able to see the two other open tickets at https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search and reply as needed?
Please let us know if not, but I hope that's sorted it.
