I have a personal account with PN (free-online) and I was also the contact for our account where I worked. Our company recently moved, and we now get our internet connection provided by our new landlord, so the account was cancelled. All this happened a couple of months ago. I have just received an email saying that a ticket has been raised on the account. The content of the email is a little vague, but I think it might be related to a domain name that was registered on this account and is about to expire. I did try to transfer this domain out, but it doesn't seem to have completed. When I try to reply to the email the message bounces (reply email address is email@example.com). I cannot log in to the account, the password no longer works, and If I choose the 'forgot password' option it says that no such account exists.
