I have used build in PCIE wireless adapter and am now on a USB adapter and no luck. I can connect and get an IP address and can also access online services such as Steam but Internet browsing does not work. My pc fully works at home on sky broadband.
Is there something I need to configure on the Plus net hub?
Thanks.

What Operating system? My phone tends to display much the same when the signal is very poor. Steam, I have no trouble connecting (stay connected for hours) and since you mention it's unstable, sounds more like a WiFi problem. If it is a windows system, what does the Network and Sharing Center box report for the connection?

Move your PC nearer to the router.

Sounds like Windows has corrupt data about the network.
In Settings/Network & Internet there is an option to "manage Wi Fi Settings".
Select the network and tell Windows to forget it. Restart and reconnect.

The router is in the same room, about 10ft apart.
I had only joined to the network on the weekend with my new PC, same happened to the old PC but I will give it another try on the weekend.
It may just be a faulty hub but I can't understand why it works for Laptops, tablets, mobiles and consoles.
