Hello
I haven't used a quality monitor with PN but I used them all the time with sky.
Am I doing something wrong as it never works for me
Okay I'm clearly an idiot and can't get the image to show, here is the link http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/4827176323ef75a38978ea0cd8ef58a7-25-02-2015.html
Any ideas?
Thanks
J

Have you got ping response enabled in your router?
Do you have a static IP or have you updated the BQM with your current IP?
Which router are you using?

Hello
Sorry I should have said I have the TG582n, I haven't previously changed any of the settings on the router and I don't have a static IP.
I've gone in and found the setting for ping response and enabled it. Does that compromise security in any way?
Thanks for your help.

If you don't have a static IP:
The problem with using the BQM with a dynamic IP is that if for example PN do some overnight maintenance and your PPP drops then you are likely to get a different IP.
This means using something like http://www.whatismyip.com/ to find your new IP and update the BQM with it.
I see that it's now working with Ping enabled
