If you're wondering, it's a cracked Laptop Screen. Look carefully and you can see the hairline fractures. The colours are from the disturbed liquid crystal solution inside the screen interacting with sunlight polarised by the screen's outer layer.

Winamp... wow I've not used that since geological epoch of Windows98. These polarised light patterns were the rage back in the 60's when movies relied on opticals for making their special effects. Look out the early Bonds, 2001 Space Odessy and Barberella for some trippy 'Jackson Pollockarized' action.
