Taking photos and videos of ID documents for NHS app?

Above.

As I am attending a myriad of comic cons (don't start) from this Sunday, I need to log into the NHS app on my phone to prove I've had both the Vaccine jabs.

Anyway I've rung the Doctor's, and got my NHS number, and put it into the app, now it wants me to take a photo of my Passport and a video saying the numbers on my Passport to prove it's me.

However, I can't access my camera on my phone to do the video!

It's a Moto G5 Plus phone.

Can anyone help?

I had similar problems accessing camera om my Motorola.

@robski1I managed to submit the evidence in the correct way on about the third attempt.
