TG582n as uPNP server accessing NAS drive over ethernet

I have one of the newer TG582s without USB, I have a NAS drive attached (Gearbox) but can't find anyway of getting the upnp server to access it as it's on the ethernet port due and there is no usb port I can attached the physical drive to, anyone any ideas? thanks

I don't think you can. I believe it is only via the usb port.

I don't understand. You want the router to act as a sort of uPnP proxy for the uPnP server on the Gearbox? Why not just access the uPnP server on the Gearbox directly?

No, I want to use the upnp server on the router, cos it looks better than the one on the gearbox, so point the router upnp at the disc attached to the gearbox.  hope this is clearer. thanks
