I have done a reset of the router, as I had lost my username and password that I set for it.
Now I can log in, and it says it is fully connected to the internet, but I can't connect to the internet on any device. I have tried connecting wirelessly and via Cat 5 cable. Can connect to the network fine, but no internet.
Just sorted it...... The router had not logged in to plusnet broadband with my plusnet username and password, so it was not allowing internet traffic. Entered the correct username and password (same as account) and it is now fine.
