TG 582n and LOGIN wireless station [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] can't get authorized

My Printer wireless connects to my network and for a year or more no problem. Recently had problems with 2 x laptops, desktop and Ipad not seeing the printer randomly at first but now more frequent.  Followed peoples advice (for which I'm thankful) and made the printer a static address and I thought after a bit of testing every device saw the printer again.

Days later, and devices cannot see the printer again.  When the router was powered down and reset the printer appears again.  Error log on router shows message “LOGIN wireless station [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] can't get authorized.” numerous times where XXX is the Mac address of the printer.  I have, just in case, checked printer network password and for good measures re entered the network settings.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Not sure if it’s relevant or just me clutching at straws but I have an open ticket because my fibre connection over the last 3 months has stepped down from 65Meg to 45Meg though the 2 do not seem related

Thanks in advance.
