Sysprep.inf --> VMWare ?

Hi all
I have 'sysprepped' a VMware machine and want to clone it using an injected sysprep.inf answer file to satisfy all the mini-setup questions, such as Regional Settings.
I have looked on VMware support's site but found nothing yet.
How do I do this please?
Thanks
Scott

Re: Sysprep.inf --> VMWare ?

I found a workable solution after a bit of testing:-
1) Copy the Sysprep folder (containing sysprep.exe, setupmgr.exe, etc...) to the machine to be 'sysprepped'.
2) Run through the setupmgr.exe to create an automated sysprep.inf (answer) file.
3) Run sysprep.exe and Reseal.  That's it!
When the machine reboots, the sysprep.inf is used to answer the mini-setup questions such as license code, etc...  Then when done, the Sysprep folder and contains are removed so the machine is clean and ready to use.
Hope this helps others.

Ooh, tell me more about this sysprep stuff. This sounds mighty useful to someone like me!
I'm assuming it saves you all the fiddly bits of a windows install - Tell me more!
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
