As they are mature products and mobile email and sync are now rising in popularity. I'd like to see a sync service.
1 Ability to backup contacts events from handheld
2 Ability to sync with the supplied contacts addressbook and diary
Clients exist to sync to and from a huge range of handhelds and desktop clients
3 Backend connector available to companies to link in their office based exchange - notes or networked PIM
