Survey

Earlier this afternoon, I was busy using the computer when a 'Pop-up' appeared. It said that it was from Plusnet and I had been chosen to do a survey.
I couldn't abandon what I was doing so I had to cancel the 'Pop-up'.
Has anyone else had one and is it genuine? I have, of course, no idea what information would be asked in it.
If it is genuine, how do I get it back to do the survey?

This sounds very suspect, I recommend ignoring it. Were you on our website at the time?

No, I wasn't on your web site at the time. I was on another site, copying some information.
