Support tickets disappear

I raised a ticket on my new account at the weekend. Wondering why it hadn't been answered, I looked in the ticket area. It isn't there. Is it possible for them to disappear into a black hole?

Hi, was this a completely new ticket you opened or as a reply to a previous one? I can't see any new tickets raised recently on the account associated with this community username, so it doesn't appear we received it?

It was a new ticket relating to the phone line provision. I have PM'd Linn on TBB with the contents, so hopefully it will be sorted.
