Does anyone know of a family tree type software for free or how I could use open office to achieve the same thing? What I am trying to do is when I submit an estimate I ring back to chase it up and find out either when to ring back or if the job has went to another contractor which I need to chase them. Would be handy if I could have something other than constantly updating a spread sheet where as I could track the job from estimate right through to either the job is totally dead or winning.
I have sage which keeps a track of estimates but the only option is to have either won/outstanding but no ability to add notes etc.
