Struggling to connect to the internet

Setting up XP .... got the wireless driver working... and am connected to the router via wireless....
got a balloon message...

So what am I missing/doing wrong, and how do I correct it.. Please....

Have you installed SP2 or SP3 yet? SP2 added WPA support and SP3 included the update for WPA2.

I always do installs and related updates using a LAN cable and I'd advise you to do the same.
Wireless I don't even look at until the end.

Yes Have done sp2 ..... just doing sp3 now.....

cant get sp3 to work.... as it is a .iso file on cdrom... windows xp does not recognise it.

OH dear.... Never mind chaps... I found the answer..... 
Use the correct Network Key.....
(I forgot I had changed it from what it says on the bottom of the router....... now sticking a new label on there.... )

An ISO file is supposed to be an image of the contents of a CD http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsi/g/isofile.htm .  If what is on the CD is an ISO file itself then you made a mistake when creating ("burning") the CD.  Your burning software should have 'decompressed' the contents of the ISO file.
