Speed Profile?

Whenever you say it can take up to 24 hours for a speed profile to be applied manually, does that mean I should expect less than ADSL speeds on fibre for the first day or so? or could I still get about half the 37mb i was estimated for day 1?

Hi glennm90,
The speed should be automatically applied when the service goes live. If, for some reason it's not, just give us a shout and we'll adjust it. I'm sure it'll be fine though.
