Hmm.... what is "best" for one man, (woman) (whatever is in vogue currently) ... may well be a dog`s dinner, or worse, for another man ( woman ) (whatever is in vogue currently) 
Nice to see Mint in the top three... and Zorin in the Top Ten ! ! Both are easy to use now.... ( or maybe I`m getting used to Linux ways ! !!
