I have recently joined Plusnet and I am having problems connecting to BBC I Player, All 4 etc,on my Smart TV. When I connect to the Internet , the TV states, "You are connected to the internet. If you have any problems using online services please contact your Internet service provider." When I was with Virgin I had no issues. I have a Samsung Wireless LAN adaptor which does not pick up any internet, so have used cable to hard wire the TV without success. Any issues please.

Have you gone into your TV network settings and made sure that it is connected to the Ethernet connection, not the wireless one? Can you disconnect the LAN adapter just to be sure the two aren't arguing?
