I can't seem to connect to Skype. Or at least it is sporadic. I had thought it was to do with my blocking of Win10 telemetry using Spybot anti-beacon. But after unblocking s.gateway.messenger.live.com I still have issues connecting. I at least now get a connection but it's very sporadic and will disconnect and get stuck on an endless 'connecting' loop. I have tried disabling all of Spybot's blocking but still get the same issue. Tracert shows s.gateway.messenger.live.com redirecting to a number of different gateways (co4-s.gateway.messenger.live.com, db5-s.gateway.messenger.live.com etc). They all lag severely though.

I have tried forwarding ports. Editing Skype's config.xml home server entry. Checked I'm not blocking anything with my firewall etc. Any ideas?
