Hi Using Skype and everything is fine except for the Video from the other party which no matter who it's from is fuzzy has vertical lines of green and purple. I contacted Skype but their response was advice on how to set up MY webcam (standard response I guess). So the problem is my computer - I have checked I have up to date drivers for monitor and image device. I can use MSN messenger without this problem. Anyone got any ideas on what the solution might be.
I don't use video with Skype so can't help you with this problem. However I have always found the Skype forums more helpful than their Customer services Have a read through the Skype video Forum here I hope that helps.
