Sorry i know that there are a lot of topics already. However, I've tried the suggestions on those topics, but its still not working.
Any suggestions please?
I have disconnected (as in logged off the wifi and gone back on again) turned the router off etc etc, but still not working.
It says a concurrency issue.
thanks in advance

If you go here http://www.whatismyip.com/ what is your IP address (you can leave the last three digits out)?

If you disconnect/reconnect from your router admin page, you should get assigned a new IP outside of the problematic range - at least that's what I was led to believe.
