Skygo app

Good morning ,wondered if anybody could help me,  Having problems with my skygo app on my nexus 10
unable to watch any tv comes uo with error message concurrency level reached..go to your internet provider,
been in touch with sky they have told me could be my IP ,anybody had this message before.

If you go here http://www.whatismyip.com/ - does it say Plusnet, Sheffield?
I thought the concurrency error was due to the number of registered devices or too many people watching simultaneous streams from the account.

Hi Andy Thanks for that tried that its saying 146.200.59.135 no proxy detected city london country gb.

Hi
I know the problem.
If you disconnect/reconnect (form your router admin page), it will work again ok.
You've been assigned a Plusnet IP address from a range that has had issues with some streaming services. By re-connecting, you will get assigned a new IP which should work fine with all streaming services.

Yep, it's an odd one.
We're aware of this issue though and we're in contact with the relevant people to try and get this fixed.
