Simultaneous provides

Hi all
I am looking to get a new installation at a premises using plusnet homephone and broadband. Do plusnet support simultaneous provides yet or is this something we still have to wait days between getting each service going?
If SIM orders are supported, what is the recommended route i.e online or telephone order?

It is supported. From reading the boards (and also unfortunately experience) the stars don't line up and you end up having to wait in twice. Once for the engineer to fail and then another time for it to get activated.
