Signing in to ASDA Direct

I have an Asda Direct account and am unable to access this on this my main Windows XP computer with free AVG security, I have no problem getting in with my Windows 7 Laptop with The Windows security it came with The router is the same for both,any ideas how I can overcome this  Thanks    Stathe
