Setting up Outlook

Because webmail is now impossibly slow for me to use (see my previous topic)  I've been trying to set up Outlook to look at my mail but cant see how to do it so it picks up mail from my sub-email account not the main one.

the user name for the account in Outlook should be in the form username+mailbox
