I have managed to get most of my spam into the junk box with redirect, but they only work on the Envelope address, how do I cater with spam, where the address is in the To line
i.e. mr is good mra is spam

Two copies of that email were sent, one copy To: mra@xxxxxxxx.idps.co.uk and one copy BCC: mr@xxxxxxxxxx.idps.co.uk The headers you have posted are from the BCC copy.
The Envelope-To header shows where the individual copy of the email is being delivered to (this could be TO, CC or BCC), so that dictates what you need to set up in the way of redirects, aliases etc.

The other copy will have Envelope-to: mra@xxxxxxxx.idps.co.uk so you just set up a alias/redirect as normal.
Edit: You should have two aliases/redirect - one for mr and one for mra. The disposition is always based on the Envelope-to address - spammers can put any old rubbish in the To and CC headers which are totally ignored by the delivery servers.

Nearly there Jelv, MR is a genuine address, MRA is a spam, I have already got a redirect for MRA but want to dump the one that has MRA in the to line, or is that too much to have two redirects

If MR is a genuine address you are stuck. The delivery servers will only look at the Envelope to and there's no way they can recognise the different To.
You should be able to do something in the rules in your email client.
