Seagate External 2TB HDD via USB unknown

Recently got a new hub from plusnet - one problem is that our HDD wont work with it - pic of mode attached.

The drive worked ok in a TP Link router and is also functioning in windows kit.
Anyone managed to get one to work?

Check the file system it is formatted as, and the block allocation size.

I don't know what file systems the HH5 supports, the specs should be out there somewhere.

Is the disk formatted  as a GPT or MBR type?

Can the HH5 handle UEFI style disks?

Thanks

The filesystem type is NTFS - but it looks like the hub doesnt recognise it.

The HDD works in other environments so I guess its some feature of the hub

Aren't there different flavours of NTFS?

e.g. Win 7, XP, Win 10, NT4 etc
