Screen Problem

l am having a problem with my TV screen the picture only covers three quaters of the screen,I have contacted Sky and they gave me some instructions over the phone but it as not worked.A engineer is coming next Thursday to have a look at my Sky box,I just wondered if anybody have had this problem.

What sort of TV have you got?  Has it got an 'Aspect ratio' button?

It has not got that button it is a LG TV I have been into the picture settings but have had no luck so far .

Can you specify the exact model number?

The model number is 32LN54OU ZA that what it reads at the back of the set.

Try the 'Ratio' buttton on the top row of buttons on the remote.

Thanks for your help I have found the Ratio button on the remote for this model and set it at 16.9 and it as worked I was using the Sky remote to set the screen and it did not work,I just wondered why the sky remote did not set it up.

What connection is the Sky box using, SCART or HDMI?

My connection is HDMI the Sky remote did not change the picture settings all the instructions over the phone from the Sky helpline was useless.
