Scheduling internet access across home network with TG585V8?

Hi, don't know if this is the right place for this query...I've had a look all around the dashboard and quickly come to the conclusion that there's no way of doing this via the router like there was on my old Sky/Netgear box

Does anyone know of any software that can do this from a regular (not server) Windows PC on the network?

If your old box is not locked to Sky why not use that if you were happy with it?
