Newbie to Plusnet here, went live this evening.
Just logged in to members centre and see that Chrome is preventing 3rd party scripts from loading in the page.

Is this common here on Plusnet?

I use Adblock with Chrome.  This tells me that it blocked 2 advertisements on the main member centre web page https://portal.plus.net/index_nlp.html .  I turned-off Adblock for the page and reloaded it but I cannot spot the difference.

Yes. 

On http://plus.net, if I turn on ad-blocking, then 5 domains are blocked:

1. dwin1.com
2. googletagmanager.com
3. lpsnmedia.net
4. omtrdc.net
5. xiti.com

Ad-blocking tends to stop the Plusnet Chat system from working too, although it doesn't say that you are blocking it. No, it justs says unavailable. Very helpful, not.
