SJphone on ipaq

Hi
I have installed SJ phone on my ipaq as suggested in the post SJ Labs Softphone for Pocket PC, but have the following message SIP:not registered........ NAT/Firewall:Port Restricted Cone NAT. I am connecting to a voyager 2110. How do I get around the firewall?

I'm sure this is a setup issue.  Have you tried SJPhone on a PC/laptop and see if this works?

I think this is a normal message when connecting via a router.  I'm at work at the moment so can't check my setup.
Here is some setup information. It's for Voipfone so you will have to substitute Plusnet's details where appropriate.
