Routing issues again?

My VoIP phone is off line and has been for some time now a ping to the server at TeleHouse times out but this site and other like the BBC work. Any thoughts?
Update: It has just came back online, but this is the second time (I've noticed) today that this has happened.

Thanks. But shortly after my last post it came back on line and so far it's been OK since. But there was definitely 'trouble at mill' when I posted.
