Hi, maybe someone technically minded can help me, I have just got a D-Link 2640b wireless modem router and zonealarm firewall, would there be any advantages or disadvantages to turning on the routers firewall as well ? thanks.
why not? you can run as many firewalls as you like. your router itself, with network address translation, also acts as a firewall. with windows, if that's what you're using, you need all the protection you can get.
